Late Policy

At Dream Lashes and Brows of Mt. Pleasant, SC we understand that life can get in the way sometimes. That’s why, if you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to give you full lashes within the time allotted. You will still be charged the full price for this service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to apply our no-show policy. We understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, so please rest assured that we will always do our very best to ensure you receive the best possible service at DREAM.

Cancellation Policy

Here at DREAM LASHES & BROWS, we understand that life happens and things come up which may cause you to cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can serve all of our clients in a timely manner, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with the highest quality of care. When our clients cancel their appointments within the 24 hour period prior to the service, it not only causes gaps in our artists’ schedules but also results in a loss of wages for them as they are not remunerated for their time. This can have a negative impact on our business and the livelihood of the talented professionals we have.

We deeply understand how challenging it can be to remember important appointments that were made months in advance. That’s why we go the
extra mile to ensure that our customers are reminded of their upcoming appointments 48 hours ahead of time and again at 24 hours before
appointment. We also ask for a credit card on file which is securely keep to hold your appointment.

Please be aware of the following:

  • In the event of cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged one of two separate cancellation fees depending on the day you cancel: A cancellation fee of 50% of the original service charge will be applied if cancelled/rescheduled the day before your appointment and a cancellation fee of 100% of the original service charge will be applied if cancelled/rescheduled on the same day of your appointment. Both of these fees are not applicable if you cancel/reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • If a customer is a “No-SHOW” and fails to show up for a reserved service, they will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation. No exceptions will be made and no refunds or credits will be issued. All customers are held responsible for honoring their reservations in order to avoid any charges.
  • It is our policy to require a credit card at the time of booking. By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize DREAM LASHES & BROWS to charge your credit card on file if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel without giving proper notice.
